PHO Foundation of Hope

Mission Statement: The PHO Foundation of Hope uplifts and serves others through actions as well as resources, while respecting the dignity of those we benefit.

Vision Statement: The PHO Foundation of Hope will provide comfort to the disadvantaged in the area through fundraising, donations, and volunteering. We will work with area schools, healthcare facilities, and other charitable organizations to locate our benefactors. We will provide necessary resources to those who are in desperate need. Through these actions we will strengthen our community ties, while improving the well-being, health and self-esteem of those in need.

The PHO Foundation of Hope Benefits the Community through:

  1. Holiday Hope-Each year the Foundation purchases holiday gifts and necessities for underprivileged school aged children and their siblings under 18. We do this through fundraisers and donations. We also provide a holiday meal to each family. To make a donation, please see the link below or contact our office.
  2. Contributions and Disaster Relief- The Foundation makes contributions to non-profit organizations that promote health and wellness. The Foundation also responds to area disasters, such as recent tornadoes by holding drives, collecting funds and delivering needed items to the disaster stricken area.   3. Scholarships-The Foundation will work with donors to support our medical community by offering scholarships to medical students wishing to return to the area to practice in an area of need. To inquire about sponsoring a scholarship, please contact our office.
  4. Employee Disaster Assistance-Employees that have experienced a catastrophic loss due to unforeseen events may apply for a grant. Please see the application below for further details.
